Purchasing your golf property
Excellent payment terms are an additional plus point when buying a Blauverd golf property in Spain.
Once you have decided to buy, a 10% deposit is required within 4 weeks followed a further 20% staggered through to completion. The final 70% is then due on completion and hand over of keys, with mortgage facilities in available should you wish to take advantage of the superb rates on offer
The legal department will guarantee safe monetary transactions from Spain or any other country. All building licences and bank guarantees will be finalised before any monies are exchanged (other than the holding deposit).
